On May 23, the price of glacial acetic acid in China was stable. Today, the market prices in East China were consolidated and put into operation. The market price in Jiangsu was stable at 3,030 - 3,200 yuan/ton, and the market price in Zhejiang was reported at 3,200 - 3,300 yuan/ton, maintaining yesterday. The offer price in the region fell, and the trading atmosphere was general. Market prices in Shandong are operating weakly, and market prices have been adjusted. Market prices in South China are stable. On the whole, it is expected that the market price of acetic acid will continue to be weak in the short term, but attention needs to be paid to the follow-up of downstream demand.

On May 23, the market price of ethyl acetate in China fell within a narrow range. Today, prices in North China fell. Major factories in Shandong bid for sales, the starting price was stable, the transaction atmosphere was poor, and the trading volume was light. Market prices in East China have also been lowered, the pace of market procurement has been flat, and the transaction price of new orders has been low. Downstream attitudes towards the future outlook are still cautious. Market prices in South China are temporarily operating steadily, market transaction volume has not improved yet, and a small amount of purchases are just needed, and the atmosphere is general.
