Gasoline price index

On December 13, China's gasoline price index fell by 8693.32, or 0.07%, while China's gasoline price index fell by 9027.58, or 0.08%. The 9-month gasoline index and the 9-month gasoline index were both downgraded, and the price difference between the 9-month gasoline index and the 9-month gasoline index was 334.26.

 

Gasoline market analysis:

Today, wholesale gasoline prices in various regions of China are mainly declining in a narrow range, with gasoline prices in South China, Central China and Southwest China reduced by 50 yuan per ton, and gasoline prices in North and East China reduced. The price of gasoline in Shandong, North China, Central China, East China and Southwest China has been reduced by 20-70 yuan per ton. The price of gasoline in the northwest and northeast regions is stable. At present, the trading atmosphere in China's gasoline market is light, the international oil price has closed down sharply, the market is difficult to find favorable support, the wait-and-see mood in the middle and lower reaches is strong, and the weak posture of oil prices continues unabated.

Future forecast

From the perspective of international crude oil, the crude oil inventory newly announced by the American Petroleum Institute has dropped by 2.349 million tons more than previously expected, and the current international oil price has once again fallen to a relatively low this year, and the OPEC will soon release the latest monthly report or bring new guidelines. From the perspective of the Chinese market, in most parts of the north, there is an increase in heavy snow, slippery roads, limited travel of private cars, and partial road closures on highways, restraining refinery shipments. The sales unit has less sales pressure and still has the will of Poly. On the whole, it is expected that China's gasoline market will continue to be weak in the short term.

 

 

Maximum retail price list of gasoline and diesel in provinces, autonomous regions, cities and central cities

As of 24:00 on December 5, 2023, the prices of gasoline and diesel in China (standard products, the same below) will be reduced by 55 yuan and 50 yuan per ton, respectively. After the adjustment, the maximum retail prices of gasoline and diesel in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and central cities are shown in the attached table. The next price adjustment is expected to be December 19.

Note: 1. The prices in the table include consumption tax, value-added tax, urban construction tax and additional education fees.

2. The prices of gasoline and diesel oil in the table are in line with the compulsory national standards of VIB and Ⅵ in the sixth stage.

3. The sixth stage standard of gasoline and diesel is gasoline and No. 0 vehicle diesel respectively.

4. The prices of gasoline and diesel oil that meet the quality standards of the sixth stage for the national reserve and the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps are 9045 yuan and 8005 yuan per ton respectively, and other relevant oil price policies shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the measures for Oil Price Management.
