Gasoline price index

On December 4, China's gasoline price index fell 8743.61, down 12.72, or 0.15%, while China's gasoline price index fell 9084.46, down 12.72, or 0.14%. The 9-month gasoline index and the 9-month gasoline index were both downgraded, and the price difference between the 9-month gasoline index and the 9-month gasoline index was 340.85.

 

Gasoline market analysis:

Today, the wholesale price of gasoline in China is mainly stable, fluctuating in a narrow range in some areas, with an adjustment range of 20-50 yuan per ton. Most of the ex-factory prices were lower than last Friday, with gasoline prices in Shandong, North China, Central China and East China reduced by 20-130 yuan per ton. Prices in Northeast China have been raised by 50 yuan per ton, while prices in Northwest and Southwest regions are relatively stable. International oil prices closed down again, the current round of refined oil price adjustment is expected to run aground, the main units to complete the annual task is better, the willingness to take the initiative to fall prices is not high, but the market trading atmosphere is relatively light.

Future forecast

From the perspective of international crude oil, the OPEC+ meeting did not bring the expected rise in crude oil, the market began to re-evaluate the supply and demand of the crude oil market, the participation of traders in the market is extremely low, and the negative guidance of international oil prices. Affected by the rate of change of international crude oil, the current round of refined oil price adjustment is expected to run aground, and the news guidance is limited. However, China's main annual tasks can be completed, the price mentality is still there, demand-side rigid demand procurement, the overall volatility is limited. On the whole, it is expected that the price of Chinese gasoline market will be stable in the short term.

 

 

Maximum retail price list of gasoline and diesel in provinces, autonomous regions, cities and central cities

Since 24:00 on November 21, 2023, the prices of gasoline and diesel in China have been reduced by RMB340,330 per ton respectively. After the adjustment, the maximum retail prices of gasoline and diesel in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and central cities are shown in the attached table. The next price adjustment is expected to be December 5.

Note: 1. The prices in the table include consumption tax, value-added tax, urban construction tax and additional education fees.

2. The prices of gasoline and diesel oil in the table are in line with the compulsory national standards of VIB and Ⅵ in the sixth stage.

3. The sixth stage standard of gasoline and diesel is gasoline and No. 0 vehicle diesel respectively.

4. The prices of gasoline and diesel oil that meet the quality standards of the sixth stage for the national reserve and the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps are 9100 yuan and 8055 yuan per ton respectively, and other relevant oil price policies shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the measures for Oil Price Management.
