Gasoline price index

On October 8th, China's gasoline price index fell 53.19, or 0.57%, to 9328.03, while China's gasoline price index fell by 0.55% to 9659.78. The 9-month gasoline index and the 9-month gasoline index were both downgraded, and the price difference between the 9-month gasoline index and the 9-month gasoline index was 331.75.

 

Gasoline market analysis:

Today, the wholesale price reduction of gasoline in China is narrower than that of yesterday, with gasoline prices in Central China, East China, Northwest, Southwest and Northeast reduced by 50-110 yuan per ton. Ex-factory prices fluctuated slightly, with gasoline prices in central and eastern China reduced by 30-80 yuan per ton, while low-end prices in North China increased by 20 yuan per ton, while gasoline prices in other areas remained stable for the time being. At present, there is a moderate turnover in China's gasoline market, and the inventory pressure on refinery shipments has been reduced yesterday. The decline in refinery quotations has narrowed but the market bullish mentality is weak.

Future forecast

From the perspective of international crude oil, there is a lack of cost guidance, but the rate of change of crude oil is negative, and the price adjustment of oil products is expected to be lowered. Post-holiday market trading is light, the middle and lower reaches enter the market cautiously, rigid demand replenishment, refinery price space is insufficient. On the whole, there is still a lack of obvious good news guidance in China's gasoline market, and refinery quotations are easy to fall but difficult to rise. It is expected that there is still room for downward adjustment in China's gasoline market in the short term.

 

 

Maximum retail price list of gasoline and diesel in provinces, autonomous regions, cities and central cities

Since 24:00 on September 20, 2023, the prices of gasoline and diesel in China (the same below) will be increased by 385 yuan and 370 yuan per ton respectively. After the adjustment, the maximum retail prices of gasoline and diesel in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and central cities are shown in the attached table. The next price adjustment is expected to be October 10th.

3. The sixth stage standard of gasoline and diesel is gasoline and No. 0 vehicle diesel respectively.

The prices of gasoline and diesel oil that meet the quality standards of the sixth stage for the national reserve and the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps are 9735 yuan and 8670 yuan per ton respectively, and other relevant oil price policies shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the measures for Oil Price Management.
