Gasoline price index

On August 18, China's gasoline price index fell 0.73, or 0.01%, to 9287.46, while China's gasoline price index fell 0.55, or 0.01%, to 9618.70. The 9-month gasoline index and the 9-month gasoline index were both downgraded, and the price difference between the 9-month gasoline index and the 9-month gasoline index was 327.36.

 

Gasoline market analysis:

Today, the wholesale price of gasoline in China has been reduced in some areas, including the northwest and southwest regions, with gasoline prices falling by 50-100 yuan per ton. Most of the rest of the region remained relatively stable. The ex-factory price of geo-refinery has been raised by a narrow range, of which the price of gasoline in Shandong, North and East China has been increased by 20-50 yuan per ton. However, the high price of gasoline in the northwest region fell by 100 yuan per ton. At present, the turnover in China's gasoline market is mediocre, the international oil price has rebounded, and some parts of local refineries have raised their quotations following the oil price, but the downstream follow-up in China is limited, and the willingness of the main units to raise prices is relatively weak.

Future forecast

From the perspective of international crude oil, the market is still worried about the economic level, the fundamentals are good to support the game between the two, and how high the international oil price is. In the early stage, the price of China's gasoline market has risen. At present, China's real demand is mainly rigid, while downstream demand is limited. From the supply point of view, next week Lijin Refining and Chemical Plant overhaul coupled with the current Qicheng Petrochemical, Wudi Xinyue, Wantong Petrochemical overhaul has not yet been completed, next week Shandong refinery start-up load has been reduced, the refinery price mentality is strong. On the whole, it is expected that China's gasoline prices will be stable in the short term.

 

 

Maximum retail price list of gasoline and diesel in provinces, autonomous regions, cities and central cities

Since 24:00 on August 9, 2023, the prices of gasoline and diesel in China (standard products, the same below) will be increased by RMB240,230 per ton respectively. After the adjustment, the maximum retail prices of gasoline and diesel in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and central cities are shown in the attached table. The date of the price adjustment will be 24:00 on August 9, 2023, the 7th working day in China since the price adjustment was announced by the National Development and Reform Commission.
