Gasoline price index

On July 28, China's gasoline price index rose 13.21, or 0.15%, to 9103.48, while China's gasoline price index rose 8.96, or 0.10%, to 9435.50. The 9-month gasoline index and the 9-month gasoline index both rose, and the price difference between the 9-month gasoline index and the 9-month gasoline index was 332.02.

 

Gasoline market analysis:

Today, wholesale gasoline prices have been raised in some parts of China, including gasoline prices in North and South China, ranging from 50 yuan to 250 yuan per ton. Prices in most areas remain stable for the time being. The ex-factory price of Geolian has been reduced sporadically, of which the high-end price in North China has been reduced by 50 yuan per ton, and the price of gasoline in Shandong, Central China, East China, Northwest and Northeast China has been temporarily stable. At present, the turnover of China's gasoline market is moderate, the middle and lower reaches of phased replenishment has come to an end, many return to the state of eliminating inventory, and rigid demand procurement is slow to follow up. However, the monthly tasks of the refinery have been completed one after another, and there is still a willingness to raise the price. Overall, trading in the market is relatively flat.

Future forecast

From the perspective of international crude oil, the US GDP grew at an annual rate of 2.4% in the second quarter, and economic data were better than expected. WTI crude oil futures reached above 80 US dollars per barrel for the first time in three months. However, it does not rule out the existence of dynamic pullback operations in the market after the continuous rise in international oil prices, and beware of the risk of technical pullback. At present, the consumption of favorable factors in the early stage of the market is about the same, and the downstream demand is general, so it is difficult to become the driving force in China's gasoline market. But the low price mentality of refinery inventory still exists. Generally speaking, it is expected that the price of China's gasoline market will be stable in the short term.

 

 

Maximum retail price list of gasoline and diesel in provinces, autonomous regions, cities and central cities

Since 24:00 on July 26th, the price of gasoline and diesel in China will be increased by 275yuan and 260yuan per ton respectively. After the adjustment, the maximum retail prices of gasoline and diesel in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and central cities are shown in the attached table. The date of the price adjustment will be 24:00 on July 26, 2023, the second working day in China since the price adjustment was announced by the National Development and Reform Commission.
