Gasoline price index

On July 26th, China's gasoline price index rose 91.54, or 1.02%, to 9041.56, while China's gasoline price index rose 98.60, or 1.06%, to 9366.45. The 9-month gasoline index and the 9-month gasoline index both rose, and the price difference between the 9-month gasoline index and the 9-month gasoline index was 324.89.

 

Gasoline market analysis:

Today, wholesale gasoline prices have been raised collectively in all regions of China, including those in North China, South China, Central China, East China, Northeast China and Southwest China, ranging from 50 to 150 yuan per ton. Prices in the northwest region remain stable for the time being. The ex-factory price of Geolian continued its rising trend yesterday, with an increase of 50-200 yuan per ton in various regions, with a smaller increase in the northwest region, with a range of 50 yuan per ton. At present, there are hot transactions in China's gasoline market, with a strong bullish atmosphere in the middle and lower reaches and more speculative demand. In particular, the refinery refinery inventory is low, the superimposed market good news is prominent, and the price-raising mentality is heavy.

Future forecast

From the perspective of international crude oil, OPEC+ production reduction and tightening continue to support oil prices, coupled with China's increased economic policy support to boost the market, international oil prices continue to rise. At present, the cost of crude oil is one of the driving forces in China's gasoline market. In addition, the market has news of an increase in the planned export volume of oil products in August to stimulate the mentality of market traders. Coupled with the realization of retail prices of oil products tonight, the news is on the positive side. With the gradual rise of prices and relatively high levels, we do not rule out the increase in downstream resistance. However, in view of the heavy price attitude of refineries, it is expected that there is still room for upward adjustment in China's gasoline market in the short term.

 

 

Maximum retail price list of gasoline and diesel in provinces, autonomous regions, cities and central cities

Since 24:00 on July 12, 2023, the prices of gasoline and diesel in China (standard products, the same below) will be increased by 155,150 yuan per ton respectively. After the adjustment, the maximum retail prices of gasoline and diesel in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and central cities are shown in the attached table. The date of the price adjustment will be 24:00 on July 12, 2023, which is the 10th working day in China since the price adjustment was announced by the National Development and Reform Commission.
