Gasoline price index

On July 7, China's gasoline price index fell 7.01, or 0.08%, to 8825.36, while China's gasoline price index fell 0.89, or 0.01%, to 9141.04. The 9-month gasoline index and the 9-month gasoline index were both downgraded, and the price difference between the 9-month gasoline index and the 9-month gasoline index was 313.40.

 

Gasoline market analysis:

Today, the wholesale price of gasoline in various regions of China fluctuates up and down in the price range, but the overall reduction in North China is 50 yuan / ton. The ex-factory price of geo-refinery fell in a narrow range, among which the gasoline prices of Shandong, North China, Central China and East China were reduced by 20-80 yuan per ton. Gasoline prices in the northwest and northeast regions remained relatively stable for the time being. At present, the turnover of China's gasoline market has weakened, the news has ended well, and there is a strong wait-and-see atmosphere in addition to rigid demand procurement in the downstream. The speed of refinery shipping slows down, and there is a discount on a per-unit basis. On the whole, the market returns to rationality and the trading atmosphere is insipid.

Future forecast

From the perspective of international crude oil, Saudi Arabia, Russia and other oil exporting countries deepen production cuts to support oil prices, but the interest rate hike cycle is not over, and international oil prices finally show mixed ups and downs. From the point of view of demand, the downstream procurement frequency tends to be stable gradually, and rigid demand procurement is dominant. From the refinery point of view, although the current performance pressure is not great, but the shipment is not good or hit the price mentality, do not rule out the existence of hidden benefits in the transaction operation. From the point of view of the price adjustment mechanism of refined oil, the probability of this round of retail price increase is increased, and the news side is good. On the whole, it is expected that China's gasoline market will be sorted out within a narrow range in the short term.

Since 24:00 on June 28, 2023, the prices of gasoline and diesel in China (standard products, the same below) have been increased by 70 yuan per ton. After the adjustment, the maximum retail prices of gasoline and diesel in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and central cities are shown in the attached table. The date of the price adjustment will be 24:00 on June 28, 2023, the seventh working day in China since the price adjustment was announced by the National Development and Reform Commission.
