Gasoline price index

On June 16, China's gasoline price index fell 4.25, or 0.05%, to 8715.86, while China's gasoline price index fell 1.69, or 0.02%, to 9030.22. The 9-month gasoline index and the 9-month gasoline index were both downgraded, and the price difference between the 9-month gasoline index and the 9-month gasoline index was 314.36.

 

Gasoline market analysis:

Today, the wholesale price of gasoline in China fluctuates in a narrow range in some areas, with price increases of 20-100 yuan per ton in North China and 9 percent in East China, mostly concentrated in high-end prices. The price of gasoline in Northeast China has been reduced by 20-30 yuan per ton. Gasoline prices in other areas are adjusted within the price range. The ex-factory price of geotechnical refinery has been raised, among which the increase of gasoline in Shandong, North China, Central China, East China and Northwest China is concentrated at 20 yuan per ton. Gasoline prices in northeast China are stable for the time being. At present, the turnover in China's gasoline market is moderate, the international oil price has risen, while the middle and lower reaches traders eliminate the stock, there is a rigid demand for procurement, and the refineries are willing to raise the price. Most of the local refineries follow the market, while the main units are stable. On the whole, the buying and selling atmosphere in the market is general, and the refinery shipment is flexible.

Future forecast

From the perspective of international crude oil, Chinese refinery data strongly support oil prices, coupled with a weaker dollar and higher international oil prices, forming a positive support. However, the market's optimism about global crude oil demand has dissipated, there are many influencing factors of international oil prices, and Chinese supply and demand play a leading role. From the demand point of view, the Chinese market stock support before the Dragon Boat Festival is OK, coupled with the summer vehicle air conditioning fuel consumption support, the demand side is expected to be good. In terms of gasoline supply, the capacity utilization of China's main units and local refineries is OK, and the supply of resources is relatively stable. Taken together, it is expected that there is room for an increase in gasoline prices in China in the short term.

 

 

Maximum retail price list of gasoline and diesel in provinces, autonomous regions, cities and central cities

Since 24:00 on June 13, 2023, the prices of gasoline and diesel in China (standard products, the same below) will be reduced by 55 yuan and 50 yuan per ton, respectively. After the adjustment, the maximum retail prices of gasoline and diesel in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and central cities are shown in the attached table. The date of the price adjustment will be 24:00 on June 13, 2023, the third working day in China since the price adjustment was announced by the National Development and Reform Commission.
