On September 24, at 11:18, with the sound of a whistle, carrying nearly 600 tons of Xinjiang real estate multi-variety grapes, the "Tianshan" cold chain digital train departed from the Urumqi China-Europe Express Assembly Center, and the destination was Bangkok, Thailand! This is an important step in the construction of Guolian's cross-border digital supply chain service system.

The "Tianshan" cold chain digital train is jointly led by Jiuding Agricultural Development Group of the 12th Army of the XPCC and IBI’s LLDD, and cooperates with high-quality resources such as China Railway Special Cargo and Sinotrans, aiming to open up the main cold chain transportation artery between Xinjiang and Southeast Asia, improve the operational efficiency of cross-border digital supply chain, help Xinjiang products go out of Xinjiang, and promote the initiative of "One Belt One Road" and "Domestic and International Dual Circulation".

In the past, grapes and other kinds of fruits and agricultural products from Xinjiang were mostly shipped in small and multiple batches of road transportation, and after the secondary loading and unloading at the exit port, they were exported to overseas markets such as Southeast Asia, which were easily affected by weather and road conditions, with high transportation costs and unstable timeliness. Relying on the new model of "products collection from the origin + cold chain train", Xinjiang products have changed from the previous "scattered export" model to "group selling", reducing customs clearance time by nearly 30% and logistics and transportation costs by nearly 20%.
The first "Tianshan" cold chain digital train consists of 22 containers, based on the LLDD order drive and supply chain digital empowerment, integrating China Railway Special Cargo, Sinotrans and other high-quality resources. The opening of the train has the following important strategic significance: First, it has successfully opened up the "main artery" of Xinjiang fruit exports to Southeast Asia, effectively enabling "Xinjiang products to go out of Xinjiang". The second is to further collect the return goods, strive to achieve re-entry, reduce logistics costs, and ultimately promote two-way fruit import and export. The third is to realize the two-way digital connection of Xinjiang's fruit exports to Southeast Asia, laying the channel foundation and transaction and delivery guarantee for building the digital headquarters of the agricultural industry (Xinjiang). Fourth, once one chain has become a trend, one hundred chains will be automatically connected, and the construction of new channels has been solidly implemented.
