On September 20, the Party Committee of Yili Prefecture organized a four-system leaders team and responsible comrades of counties and cities (ports), parks and relevant departments to go to Khorgos Economic Development Zone for investigation and held a symposium. Yang Xiaoping, General Manager of Xinjiang TDD, made a detailed report to the visiting leaders on the advantages of the free trade zone and the strategic layout cross-border of IBI in 2024. As an upstream supplier of Douyin International and Alibaba Cloud, the Duoduo platforms provide support for the procurement of raw materials and finished products for enterprises, and helps the domestic industrial belt to cross borders through live streaming and e-commerce platforms, expanding the markets of West Asia, Europe and the Middle East and enhancing the global competitiveness of regional industries. ”

In the process of actively promoting industrial upgrading and cross-border trade development in Yili Prefecture, the State Party Committee and government fully affirmed the business model and development model of Duoduo platforms of IBI, welcomed more Duoduo platforms to land in Horgos, and hoped that with the joint efforts of the government and enterprises, greater breakthroughs will be made in the construction of border warehouses, cross-border trading platform construction, foreign exchange settlement, etc., and stated that they will give strong support to IBI to build Yili Zero Carbon Vanadium and Titanium Industrial Park.
