The composition of coating chemical wastewater is complex and difficult to handle. Wuyuan Environmental Protection has summarized the usual coatings, paints, water-based paints and powder coatings in a large number of practical projects. Most of the coatings are made of resin, oil or emulsion. Various pigments, fillers and corresponding additives are added according to the production needs, and organic solvents or water are added.
There are two main sources of paint wastewater, one is the wastewater produced in the production process, and the other is the wastewater generated during the cleaning process of the batching tank and the paint container. The wastewater produced by the former is the main one among them, and many chemical raw materials such as synthetic resins, organic solvents and various additives are often produced in the production.
The paints produced by various companies are different, and the composition of chemical wastewater is also different. Waste water produced by ordinary paint manufacturers basically contains pigments, fillers, resins, mineral oils, vegetable oils and saponifiers, alkalis and the like. The oily paint manufacturer forms the chemical waste water of the suspended state wastewater aqueous coating from the above substances, wherein the oil hydrophilic resin colloid exists, and the waste water exhibits a sol state. Most of the paint chemical wastewater also contains organic substances such as phenolic, formaldehyde and benzene.
In the existing wastewater treatment methods, there are basically the following methods for the treatment of coating chemical wastewater:
First, the physical method is divided into air floatation method, coagulation method, adsorption method, extraction method, membrane separation method and the like. The physical treatment method is mainly used for pretreatment or single treatment in the treatment of paint chemical wastewater, which can well remove suspended solids, solid matter, pigment pigment and heavy metals in wastewater.
Second, the biological method is divided into, activated sludge method, biofilm method and so on. The biological treatment method mainly degrades toxic and harmful substances in chemical wastewater by the metabolism of microorganisms.
