Global Focus INC-5 Conference: Niutech showcases 10,000-ton continuous plastic pyrolysis technology and complete equipment
JINAN, Dec. 2, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- From November 25 to December 1, 2024, the fifth United Nations Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee on Plastic Pollution (INC-5) was held at the Busan Exhibition and Convention Center in South Korea. The meeting negotiated and ultimately reached a legally binding international instrument to address the growing global and marine plastic pollution problem. Niutech from China is also contributing to solving the global waste plastic problem. Niutech's self-developed "industrial continuous waste plastic cracking production line" has completed 10,000-ton industrial projects in Denmark, Thailand, South Korea and China.
Niutech Denmark Waste Plastic Pyrolysis Project
Customers use Niutech's technology and complete sets of equipment to collect mixed waste plastics provided by self-built domestic waste treatment stations and surrounding plastic recycling agencies. After treatment, they obtain high-quality recycled resource products, which can be used as chemical raw materials to produce new plastics after deep processing. The project has been invested and highly recognized by European chemical giant BASF, indicating that Niutech's technology has reached the international leading level and has become a global demonstration case in the field of chemical recycling of waste plastics.
Niutech's waste plastics project in Henan, China
This project is the first industrialized project in China to use continuous pyrolysis technology and equipment to treat plastic medical waste. The raw materials are medical plastic waste, including HW01 medical waste such as infusion tubes, infusion bags, and cotton balls. Through Niutech's continuous pyrolysis technology and complete sets of equipment, the high-molecular polymers in medical waste are converted into high-value-added and widely used renewable resource products, which can replace some petroleum resources and realize the recycling of resources, with good environmental, social and economic benefits.
Niutech Thailand Waste Plastic Cracking and Oil Deep Processing Project
The customer uses Niutech's technology and complete sets of equipment to collect waste plastics from surrounding cities, and obtains high-quality renewable resource products after processing. After further deep processing of oil products, gasoline and diesel fractions are obtained, which can be directly used as corporate vehicle fuel after blending. The successful commercial operation of the project proves that Niutech's "resource utilization + high added value" comprehensive waste plastics solution is accurate and effective, and hits the customer's pain points.
