This product is formulated using water-based epoxy emulsion, zinc powder, special additives, and water as a diluent. It is a purely environmentally friendly product, free of any benzene-based solvents and heavy metals, with low toxicity and low odor, meeting environmental testing requirements. It dries quickly, with a surface dry time of 15–20 minutes under conditions of 25°C temperature and 50% humidity. It exhibits excellent initial water resistance.
The product demonstrates outstanding mechanical properties such as adhesion, flexibility, and impact resistance. Using water as a diluent, it features low toxicity and low odor, contains no harmful substances such as formaldehyde, benzene-based compounds, or heavy metals, and poses no fire hazards. With low VOCs, it fully complies with standard VOCs emission requirements. It offers excellent compatibility with intermediate and topcoat paints, ensuring superior interlayer adhesion. The product also provides excellent corrosion resistance and performs well in resistance to chemicals, gasoline, warm water, and other similar conditions.
