This product is an intumescent thin-film water-based acrylic coating, consisting of a water-based VAE emulsion, co-solvent, additives, flame retardants, and purified water, formulated as a single-component water-based fireproof coating. The product is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, harmless, and poses no adverse effects on human health. It is also non-flammable and non-explosive.
Application
Suitable for use as a fireproof coating on various steel structures and other metal surfaces. It can be applied as an intermediate or topcoat and is compatible with approved primers on carbon steel substrates.
