NA-Series general flexo ink for plastic laminated film is an environmentally-friendly lamination ink applied to flexo printing on BOPP, PET and NY film.
I. Scope of Application
1. Applicable film:
BOPP film with surface tension ≥ 38dyn;
PET film with surface tension ≥ 50dyn;
NY film with surface tension ≥ 52dyn.
2. Suitable for the post-press process of dry lamination and solvent-free lamination, etc.
Ⅱ. Application Characteristics
1. Excellent ink adhesion on surface-treated BOPP, PET and NY film;
2. High chroma, low viscosity, and excellent adhesion resistance;
3. Excellent printability, suitable for all kinds of flexo printing from low speed to high speed;
4. The printing residual solvents are extremely low, in line with environmental protection, safety, non-toxic and hygienic requirements.

Ⅳ. Printing Viscosity
The printing viscosity of ink will be determined based on the substrate, anilox roller, plate and other printing conditions. The viscosity is recommended to be 18-26 seconds (ZC-3#/25℃), adjustable according to specific requirements.
Ⅴ. Dilution Solvent Ratio
With different printing diluents, the ink can be widely used at different printing speeds.

Ⅵ. Notice
1. In practical application, the performance of ink would be affected by the environmental temperature and humidity, printing facility and process, as well as plate making parameters, etc. Please adjust the dilution solvent according to the actual situation.
2. This product should not be mixed with other series of ink to avoid affecting the application performance of the ink.
3. This product is not suitable for packaging with boiling or steaming requirements.
4. When using slow-drying solvents, please control the amount of slow-drying solvents to avoid excessive solvent residue and adhesion problems caused by excessive slow-drying solvents.
5. The ester solvent in the diluent should not exceed 20%.
6. Should avoid adding excessive solvents. Please use varnish to reduce color concentration.
7. Please store the product in a cool and ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
