HK-FMTC Closed Fume Hood for Radiopharmaceutical Applications in Nuclear Medicine

1. Function:

(1) Provides a safe operating environment for the quality control of radiopharmaceuticals in PET centers, ensuring radiation safety;

2. Configuration:

(1) Overall lead shielding protection ensures that the surface dose of the product meets national standards, effectively protecting the safety of medical personnel;

(2) The inner liner is made of 2.0mm thick stainless steel plate (304 material), and the overall outer surface is coated with steel plate, making it aesthetically pleasing;

(3) The inner liner features rounded corners throughout, eliminating dead angles, facilitating cleaning, and meeting national GMP requirements;

(4) The back of the inner liner is made of mirror-finished stainless steel plate (304 material), providing a wider and more convenient internal view. (5) Equipped with a self-powered exhaust and filtration system, the fan has a rated exhaust volume of 900 m³/h, and uses an activated carbon filter to ensure an air velocity at the manhole ≥ 1.2 m/s, guaranteeing a clean and safe environment inside the fume hood, as well as ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the surrounding environment, and ensuring that the exhaust gas meets relevant national emission standards;

(6) Front-viewing lead glass window with a diameter of XX mmPb, dimensions: W200 mm * H250 mm;

(7) Two shielded doors for the operating manholes are provided on the front. The shielded doors adopt a self-developed top-and-bottom shaft structure to ensure safe and stable use, and the unique self-contained cast material ensures protective safety;

(8) A side-opening door can be added to the side of the cabinet, dimensions: W300 * H 400mm; convenient for delivering items into the cabinet;

(9) Operating table reserved: one set of activity meter ionization chamber shielding well, one set of activity meter pneumatic lifting system, one set of radioactive solid waste box, one set of drug conveying lifting system, one set of tray (with slide rail) and other related supporting facilities;

(10) Unique activity detection pneumatic lifting device, making detection faster and more convenient, operation more user-friendly, reducing radiation exposure time for medical staff, and making operation safer;

(11) Drug conveying lifting system makes it easier and safer to operate drugs and protective containers;

(12) Built-in operating tray, which can make full use of the inner liner space and facilitate operation;

(13) Auxiliary configuration: one set of weak current control system, two sockets, one lighting lamp, one sterilization lamp and other related supporting facilities;
