On March 14, Gao Yanpeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Zhongxin International Trade Group Co., Ltd. Zhongxin International Trade was established in May 2023 and is located in Kekedala City, Yili, Xinjiang, and is affiliated to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Fourth Division of the Xinjiang Corps. In recent years, with the rapid rise of the three core businesses of minerals, supply chain trade and port logistics, the output value has exceeded 4 billion yuan in 2024. Its business network covers ore and coal trading in the mainland, new energy supply chain services in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, as well as logistics integration operations in Khorgos and Dulata ports, showing strong resource integration capabilities and development potential.

During the talks, the two sides focused on cooperation opportunities in the fields of supply chain finance, agricultural digitalization, smart logistics and risk control systems.
