The Shanghai Lincang Road Wharf Project has commenced construction.

On August 27, the Shanghai Commercial Aerospace Rocket Star City Lincang Road Wharf Project Construction Promotion Meeting was held in Minhang, marking the project's full entry into a new phase of construction.

The project, undertaken by the Third Harbor Engineering Bureau of CCCC, is located in Minhang District, Shanghai, on the north bank of the Huangpu River. It primarily involves the construction of a 3,000-ton multipurpose berth, along with the simultaneous implementation of floodwall upgrades, warehouse construction, and related supporting facilities. It carries the important mission of handling rocket factory dispatch, loading onto ships, and river-sea linkage. It is a key project aimed at addressing the shortfall in Shanghai's commercial aerospace rocket Star City maritime transportation capabilities.

As a critical core project to address the bottleneck in Shanghai's commercial aerospace maritime launch support, the Lincang Road Wharf, once completed and operational, will fully leverage Shanghai's geographical advantages along the river and coast. It will open a nearby sea launch channel for rockets, significantly enhancing the waterborne transportation support capacity for rockets. This will comprehensively upgrade the supporting service capabilities of the "Rocket Star City" commercial aerospace industry, helping Shanghai's commercial aerospace sector to improve its industrial chain, achieve regional upgrades, and develop iteratively with high quality.

The project construction team will strictly implement all the deployments from the meeting, adopting a stance of "starting work is a decisive battle, and the beginning is a sprint." They will scientifically plan work schedules, allocate resources reasonably, seize the golden period for construction, and advance the project with high standards, high quality, and high efficiency, fully ensuring the project's on-time and quality delivery for use.
