Recently, the Changyingtou Wharf at Dongjiang Lake in Zixing City, Hunan Province, has been completely renovated. This convenient wharf, with a total investment of 60 million yuan, integrates multiple functions such as water passenger and cargo transportation berthing, passenger distribution, fruit trading, emergency rescue, parking, and charging, benefiting 60,000 residents in the reservoir area. Since its completion and operation three months ago, it has improved the operational efficiency of passenger ships on reservoir water transport routes, facilitated the transportation and sales of agricultural products in the reservoir area, and effectively boosted rural tourism development.
